Coordinate and develop sourcing strategies and participate in the beginning stages of the interview process. Manage the day–to–day interaction with all key stakeholders in the recruiting process. Stay current on market trends, provide guidance on compensation and hiring decisions, and provide candidate follow–up and feedback. Reports to the Director of Human Resources and work as a team to develop and implement strategic staffing plans and promote the team’s mission and objectives. Maintain responsibility for tracking recruiting activity and reporting metrics. Ensure compliance with OFCCP and company recruiting policies.
